How to provide the cargo information

Please provide Master AWB(MAWB) and House AWB(HAWB) information by ① or ② as follow;

• ①By sending FWB and FHL electric data

  *Recommend version of Cargo IMP is FWB = ver.16 and FHL = ver.4

• ②By submitting AWB and House Manifest.

  *Please fill in attached sheet and submit together with AWB and House Manifest document
  *Please provide extra copy of MAWB and House Manifest for manual data entry

Required information

• ①Shipper and Consignee

  Please provide correct name and address of Shipper and Consignee

• ②Nature of Goods

  Please provide correct and detailed commodity name
  Unclear description (e.g. "General Cargo") and abbreviation (e.g. "IC") may not be accepted by customs.

• ③Piece & Wight

  Please provide correct Piece and Weight.
  SLAC piece is also required to be provided.

• ④Others

  * Please follow further detailed requirements by each customs authority.
  * In case freight forwarders submit the information to customs authority directly, please indicate that 'House Information transmitted by agent' on 'Handling Information' column of the MAWB.

  Shipper Build-Up ULD(BUP)

  In case of BUP, please provide House AWB information for each ULD

  Others

  *Please contact local our Sales staff for the data transmission charges.
  *We shall not use HAWB data for other purpose.
  *In case correct information is not provided, it may cause delivery delay.
  *We will not be responsible for the delay, refuse or penalty from customs caused by the customers' false entry or incorrect data transmission.
